We are currently accepting application to fill the facilities maintenance technician position for our affordable housing apartment community located in the heart of Durant, Oklahoma. Position duties would include performing and troubleshooting basic maintenance requests, completing make ready procedures on recently vacated apartment homes in preparation for new renters, completing general routine exterior repairs, ensuring property grounds are presentable and free of debris, working as a critical member of an essential team to provide excellent service to our residents. This is a full time position with an excellent benefit package to include paid time off and potential for rental discounts. Must be available for after hours on-call.
