POSITION AVAILABLE: Lead Carpenter AND General Laborer WHERE: Allstate Exteriors, LLC in London, Ohio JOB DETAILS: Salary-$24,000-$50,000 depending on years of experience (paid weekly) Job Type-Full-time Number of hires for this role-10 Schedule-Monday-Friday and some Saturdays BENEFITS (after 90 probationary period): Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Health, Dental, Vision and Life Company Vehicle Provided QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ Years construction experience required High School or equivalent education preferred but not required Valid Ohio Driver’s License Required FULL JOB DESCRIPTION: Allstate Exteriors, LLC performs jobs of all sizes in all areas of construction such as roofing, siding, fascia, soffit, window and door installation, framing, trim carpentry, painting and decks. Emphasis is placed on quality with high attention to detail and professionalism Job Responsibilities Include: Performing residential/commercial installations and renovations Strong communication skills Capable of leading a crew of 2-5 Versatility in many fields of construction Must have own hand tools and power tools are a plus Must be capable of pulling a trailer with materials Identifying the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills
