In need of a General maintenance, make ready, hvac techs and porters ASAP AAA Apartment Staffing is looking for a highly skilled individuals to service Apartment Communities in Ridgeland, MS *The position is working temp on a week to week basis (Mon-Fri 8-5) must be available to start next day! This position will entail doing the maintenance necessary to get the designated units ready for rental. Candidates should work well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Some of the job responsibilities and requirements include: General Responsibilities: Must have basic tools • Electrical work • Plumbing Repairs • Rough and Finish carpentry • Full Apartment Painting • Appliance and Furniture moving • Gutting and trashing out storage and apartment units • Completion of full vacant unit turn process General Requirements / Qualifications • Previous apartment community maintenance experience preferred • General building and grounds maintenance • Knowledge painting, drywall, plumbing & electrical repairs • Must be able to troubleshoot A/C’s • Must have a positive attitude / good customer service • Must have own tools and transportation Porters: Responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasin8g office, parking lots and other community buildings of multi-family residential apartments. Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis. Assist in the preparation of market ready units, painting, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
