Med. size dog was either dropped/dumped or was taken and ran away from the dog-napper or maybe simple lost. All white semi-long hair. Female. Not going to tell you if she's chipped or not....you need to tell me and you need to tell me if she had a collar or not. Not going to just release her to any block that says she's theirs.
