Description
Licensed contractor looking for skilled handymen and contractors for home renovations in the Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco and Sarasota counties. You must carry your own general liability insurance. Workers comp is preferred but will consider WC exempt with proof of exception from the state.
Our typical renovations include: Demo / Trash out, Drywall work, popcorn texture removal, paint, flooring, change out of lighting, change out of plumbing fixtures, installation of doors and windows.
If you are not insured do not respond we will not consider anyone that is not insured.
You must have reliable transportation and all tools needed for work accepted.
You must be able to work with limited supervision and be able to complete work on time.
