It's ramp up time! With HOA season here, we are currently receiving more work than our current contractor base can handle. We are looking for a few multi-skilled, reliable, experienced technicians to take on some work! IFM Restoration partners with ~20 property management companies and REITS properties to provide any of their maintenance needs to single-family rental properties. Customer service skills are a must! Needs are currently for part-time. Great for filler work, you submit your available days/times and we schedule the jobs for you. *Can become full-time if that is something you are looking for. Photos and notes for each work order are required. Pay is weekly. *Please do not reply if you will be subcontracting out the work. Must have: Tools Truck Insurance Pass background check Experience Ladder Driver's License Smart Phone Primarily looking for people who can do it all! Pressure Washing Drywall Roof repairs/patches Flooring Minor Electrical Minor Plumbing Landscaping general interior and exterior repairs *Please do not reply if you are a specialist who only does one scope as many of these jobs are multi-item.
