Accepting Resumes: HVAC Supervisor with Project Management Experience: This is a full-time position. The accepted candidate will hire on as a 1099 employee. This is a salary position paying $250 per day. Position: Assistant PM- $250 Position: Supervisor - $235 Position: lead Man - $200 Position: Specialist - $185 Position: skilled helper - $150 Ass. PM Responsibilities: Manage schedule, billings, submittals, RFI's & change orders, select and monitor subs. Find, Estimate and Manage HVAC Construction Projects. Get best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors. Requirements: Stable work-history. Familiar with national HVAC and/or Plumbing codes. Bachelor's degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering. 5+ years of experience working for a HVAC Mechanical Contractor on large commercial projects ranging from 50k to $30M+. Technical experience with BlueBeam, MS Project, Microsoft Office, and/or Quickpen / Accubid preferred. Associated topics: administrator, construction, construction manager, consultant, director, healthcare, public works, site supervisor, supervisor. All other positions: Must have a degree or certificate in the trade. Must have some experience on commercial or industrial job.
