Job Description: Maintain and execute all functions according to policy and procedure, safety requirements, and best practice. Tasks include but are not limited to all aspects of keg washing, raw materials handling, keg & packaging material handling, equipment sanitation/maintenance, warehouse organization. Job Responsibilities, including but not limited to: • Execute all cleaning, sanitation, and preparatory tasks to clean kegs • Maintain keg washing machine and all related equipment • Organize keg fleet, warehouse, and walk-in cooler as directed • Assist in cleaning and maintaining cleanliness of warehouse • Follow best practices and safety requirements dutifully • Attend brewery staff meetings as required • Perform all job functions within the structure described in the employee handbook of policies & procedures at Beachwood Brewing • Assist in packaging & organizing beer for delivery to our distributors and Beachwood’s own locations • Assist in loading Beachwood delivery & distributor delivery trucks • Unload pallets of raw materials & packaging materials Job Requirements: • Must be at least 21 years of age • High school diploma - Formal brewing education is a bonus • Ability to work and communicate well with all staff • Organized and detail oriented • Basic troubleshooting skills in a warehouse/manufacturing setting • Keg washing and/or experience working safely with chemicals preferred • Valid driver’s license and ability to qualify for company’s liability insurance • Ability to safely operate a forklift & obtain certification • Flexible schedule – available early morning & weekends as needed Physical Requirements: • Lift 55 lbs from ground to shoulder high • Lift 110 lbs from ground to waist high and moving 150 lbs. along the floor • Climb stairs, ramps, and ladders • Work in small and confined spaces • Work safely with chemicals with reasonable safety accommodations • Work in loud environment with basic safety accommodations • Read, write, and calculate basic algebra TO APPLY, PLEASE REPLY TO THIS POSTING WITH YOUR RESUME Full Time Salary: DOE
