Small family owned Cleaning company is in need of reliable and trustworthy cleaners. Pay is between $12-20/hr, depending on the job and on clients. Starting as a part time job, later can be a full time job. Starting time is 9am Monday-Friday (starting time can be flexible). Occasionally Saturday and Sunday cleanings too, starting 11 am on the weekends. Must be able to work and drive Palm harbor through St. Pete and maybe to S Tampa. These requirements are must: - must have own car - Pass background check - Experience preferred - Be available for call back cleans - Dress professionally - Must have own vacuum cleaner, cleaning rags and cleaning products (at start you’ll get cleaning products) - Must be able to climb stairs and lift 30 pounds - Must have schedule flexibility for am/pm shifts - Must be able to work on Weekends and holidays (except Christmas Day) - Must have a phone to communicate with - Be willing to provide valid ID, email address and cellphone number - Must speak basic English, understand English Duties include: - make bed, change bed’s sheets - Do laundry - Clean toilets, bathtubs, showers, mirrors, floors, sinks, kitchen, living/dining area, sliding door’s window, window sills, ceiling fans, furniture, porches, entryways, baseboards, cabinet doors, stove, oven, microwave etc... - Report issues with cellphone, take pictures (before-after) - Maintain friendly demeanor with guests, co-workers, property employees - Follow safety guidelines - Wear face mask and gloves during a cleaning at client’s house Please send detailed message about you.
