Immediate position available for a hard working, detail oriented, housekeeper/ cleaner for a mid-sized Apartment Community in Tallahassee, FL. The ideal candidate should be: *Hard Working *Able to work unsupervised AND as a Team Player *Attention to detail *Able to walk, climb stairs, lift up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Cleaning, trashing out apartment homes to prepare for new tenant move ins Delivering correspondence from Management to Tenants Walking with Pest Control once a week Freshening and cleaning model and display units Any other task assigned or requested by other Team Members Please forward your resume for consideration.
