Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Good manual dexterity; ability to work with hand tools. Good verbal and written communication skills. General knowledge of operating hand tools, portable power tools, and bench tools. Work Experience for the Sandblaster: 1+ years of experience in sandblasting and surface preparation of components prior to powder coating with leadership experience. Knowledge of sandblasting system controls Attendance is an essential job function. Physical Demands: Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push, pull and grasp. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to lift over 50 lbs. with assistance. Ability to move arms, hands, and fingers. Required to have visual accuracy to perform assigned tasks. Ability to stand/sit for sustained periods of time.
