Residential Construction Customer Service Representatives meet with homeowners to perform warranty inspections, warranty repairs & address any questions or concerns the homeowner may have. This position will also perform quality inspections on homes getting ready to close escrow. Responsibilities and Duties Any construction/home repairs including grout work, paint touch up, plumbing repairs, etc. Must have basic power tools & reliable transportation with the ability to carry materials (baseboard, door casing, trim, etc.) & be willing to travel all over the Reno/Sparks/Spanish Springs/Gardnerville/Carson City/Dayton area. Qualifications and Skills Construction experience in home building is required. OSHA 10 is required (willing to pay for class after hiring). Customer service oriented & highly motivated & must be able to work efficiently. Benefits Medical, dental & vision benefits after 60 days of full time employment.
