Our technicians work both in the office, and in customers homes or businesses to perform equipment repairs and installations. You will be a hands-on problem solver to diagnose technical problems, determine proper solutions and implement those solutions. Scope of Responsibilities: - Install new products that enrich our clients lives - Repair existing products that help to maintain our clients daily routines - Continually educate clients on how to safely use their equipment - Effectively use basic diagnostic tools and manufactures technical support - Perform routine maintenance and inspections on all equipment - Create timely repair quotes and order parts for all assigned repairs - Communicate effectively between customers and coordinators to ensure projects are handled as rapidly as possible - Produce detailed service notes on all assigned repairs - Rely on and communicate well with other employees and technicians - Other duties as assigned Requirements: - Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills - Willingness to learn and teach others - Ability to work independently without direct supervision - Ability to effectively manage time - Experience with basic hand and power tools - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record - Reliable transportation to and from work - Able to pass a background check and drug screen - Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces. - Forklift experience a plus
