Our technicians work both in the office, and in customers homes or businesses to perform equipment repairs and installations. You will be a hands-on problem solver to diagnose technical problems, determine proper solutions and implement those solutions. Scope of Responsibilities: - Delivery and setup of new products - Lift chairs - Beds - Scooters/Powerchairs - Ramps - Demonstrate how to use the products and answer any customer questions - Complete paperwork by obtaining the customer’s signature, collecting any outstanding balance and collecting their prescription, if applicable - Receive incoming product deliveries to the warehouse - Ensure accuracy of items received against receiving report and packing list - Receive products into point of sale system - Unboxing and prepping new product - Building and grounds maintenance - Other duties as assigned Requirements: - Good verbal communication and customer care skills - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record - Reliable transportation to and from work - Able to lift 75 pounds - Forklift experience - Able to pass a background check and drug screen
