Environment Control, a Central Valley based commercial janitorial company, has an opening for a part time evening janitor in Lodi, CA. This job is long term, promises fair pay, training, and consistent hours. This position makes a perfect fit for students, stay at home parents, or anyone who is unable to work a full time position. It’s also a great fit for those who prefer to work alone and those who don’t want to be on their feet for full time shifts. We don’t require previous cleaning experience but we DO require that you: Have a VALID and CURRENT California driver’s license. Are able to pass a BACKGROUND CHECK or random DRUG TEST. Have RELIABLE transportation. This position entails cleaning in a commercial office setting. Job duties include (but are not limited to) vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sweeping, cleaning of bathrooms, sanitizing surfaces, trash removal, etc. While the job is not strenuous, you will have to move consistently for up to 2 hours per night. It involves walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds.
