We are a locally owned maintenance company that spans in all three major markets in North Carolina. Charlotte, Triad, and Raleigh. We perform residential maintenance orders for single family management companies Someone who will succeed in the handyman positions will ultimately have a vast skill set in light plumbing, light electrical, carpentry, drywall repair, garage door repair, and paint experience ect. If your skill set doesn't include all of the above the amount of jobs you receive will be limited. -Position requires you to have your own transportation and tools. -Position requires all technicians starting out are 1099 contractors. Potentially can turn into a W2 full time position depending on performance. -Technicians are paid out weekly, we dont hold pay. Working with us gives you the scheduling flexibility and ability to control your pay. We are currently starting in our busy season and looking for people that already have the skill sets to complete the jobs.
