Locally owned company looking for SELF MOTIVATED worker with great time management and communication skills. Must have valid drivers license and good driving record. Mostly local work with some travel to Birmingham area. Ability to lift 50 lbs. use power drills, saws, extension ladders, step ladders. HVAC maintenance system change outs. Mini storage building repairs. Roll up doors: door spring replacement and adjustment, swing doors. Roof repairs: leak locating and seal Ceilings: vinyl, insulation replacement and repair. Gutter clean out and repair. Floor painting and sealing Bollard and concrete repair, asphalt cutting Willing to train right person.
