Cabinet Painter- We are looking for full-time help in our very busy woodshop! We are a small family-owned business and have been growing steadily since starting in 2016. This job is specifically for- painting cabinets and other items using an industrial sprayer and also staining cabinets and other items. We also need you to help with other various woodshop duties including using power tools and cleaning the shop. This job requires the ability to regularly stoop, squat, crouch, and lift. This is a fast-paced workplace and the ability to work alone is paramount. The primary responsibility of this job is painting cabinets by the use of an industrial sprayer and also staining our wood furniture and cabinets. This opportunity also includes various other duties including sanding, cleaning, and general shop help. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk throughout the workday on a concrete floor. Also, be able to regularly stoop, kneel, squat, crouch, and lift. Carry and lift various amounts of weight from 10 to over 50 pounds. Attention to detail is essential. Required use of electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (power saws, sanders, router) This includes the primary responsibility of painting wood furniture with a sprayer. Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times including wearing protective gear is a must. Must be an independent, self-starter who can work with minimal supervision. We are a very fast-paced woodshop and need goal-oriented, result-driven people to help us create our products. Hours are 8 to 4:30 M-F. The pay rate is between $13-$16 depending on experience. Willing to train the right person. Salary increases available based on performance. Job Type: Full-time
