The A and B Homes Inc. Land Development Construction Company is looking for the following position: Handyman Technician, Maintenance Punch List Technician with a variety of tasks. You must be a self starter and an ability to perform to produce timely quality. Must be able and willing to LEARN tasks that you are not experienced performing. Work with staff, subcontractors, suppliers, clients and management. Projects include the following,: NOTE: experience is a plus for the following work disciplines: Training may be provided. New home Construction Punch List Work with a variety of items Vinyl Tile installs and repair Cabinet repairs, Drywall repairs, Stucco repair, Roof repairs, Ruff framing adjustments, Concrete cutting / repair Interior and Exterior Door installs /repair Hardware installs and adjustments Paint, paint prep, Light electrical, Light plumbing, Landscape irrigation repair, General errands/deliveries Customer service, Operations in Backhoes, BobCats excavation. NOTE: The ability to read and understand construction drawings and blueprints is a plus but not required. NOTE: Bilingual is a plus but not required.
