Building Services for multi-family community. Must be able to perform high level custodial services, use small machinery, maintain janitorial supply inventory, lift 40-50 lbs., maintain daily trash/recycle pick up. May also assist with minor maintenance tasks. Must have a strong work ethic, be a dependable team player performing duties independently as required.
