Handyman WANTED: Can you hang vertical blinds?

I’m moving & I need someone to hang VERTICAL blinds on 4 windows: 2 big. 1 medium. 1 small. Must have own tools & ladder (ceilings are 12’) Blinds will probably need to be cut (shortened). Job should take no more than 2 hours. I have $100. 4/5/2021 at noon.
