This position is for a Part-time Apartment Maintenance Technician. You will be responsible to maintain three apartment buildings in the downtown Wausau area. We are seeking an applicant that must possess overall knowledge of various trades or specialize in a certain trade(s) such as, but not limited to: light plumbing, carpentry, light electrical, light HVAC, cleaning, drywall and painting, etc. If interested, please email resume and cover letter with Maintenance in the subject line. (Hours subject to change with flow of business) Additional details: JOB DESCRIPTION: *Maintain property grounds and buildings; consisting of cleaning of common areas along with grounds and parking lot clean up, etc. *Perform maintenance in apartments and buildings as needed; consisting of light plumbing, light electrical, light HVAC and light appliance servicing, drywall and painting. *Meet with vendors when needed *Apartment turn-overs: cleaning, carpet cleaning, painting and maintenance. *Responsible for snow removal of sidewalks, entrances, fire exits, roof drains etc. *Ability to work on ladders *Landscaping and mowing *Other duties as assigned by the Property Manager *Be able to work independently *On call for emergency maintenance This is a great opportunity to work for a dedicated company in the downtown area.
