EXPERIENCED SUPERVISOR WANTED! (Tampa Bay Area) ONLY candidates living in the Tampa Bay Area will be considered. Our small privately owned and operated Construction Company is looking to add an Experienced Construction Supervisor to the team. This person will be responsible for supervising jobsite repairs, projects, subcontractors and crews daily to assure proper job performance, quality workmanship, & safety of all. Job Requirements: • MUST have prior Construction experience & knowledge. Our ideal Candidate will have prior experience of ALL phases (roofing, stucco, painting, etc.) in Multi-Family Construction. (apartments, townhomes, condos, etc.). *Please note that applicants without any construction experience will NOT be considered.* •Must have a pickup truck (you will be responsible for picking up materials from suppliers if needed.) •Construction Knowledge (Building Codes) and Safety Knowledge (OSHA) are a huge plus! •Previous job history of being a Construction Supervisor, in particular multi-family. •Previous job history of management of others in a construction role.
