Grady's Cold Brew is seeking Seasonal Assistant Brewers to join their production team for immediate hire through October with potential for full-time employment end of the season. This is not a barista position in a coffee shop, but an entry-level food manufacturing position in a craft-coffee brewery — great opportunity for anyone looking to get their foot in the door in food manufacturing. Candidates will gain hands-on experience in the full-lifecycle of product manufacturing. Duties will include mixing, brewing, filtering, and bottling cold-brewed coffee on a large scale (think thousands of gallons per week), building orders, and the sanitization of all tanks and equipment. Physical requirements include lifting, twisting, pulling/pushing heavy pallets, standing. We produce a handcrafted product and require serious attention to detail.
