Job Description: Our company provides Fluid Management & Engineering Services for aerospace/medical/precision/defense manufacturers, monitoring and maintaining their metalworking machinery's coolant, cutting oil, lubricants, etc. Primary role is performing fluid sampling, machine clean-outs and recharges of fluids in metalworking machinery, fluid transfers, industrial vacuum operation, drum moving, metalworking concentrate adds, lubricant adds, sampling, data entry, maintenance of lubricant storage area and delivery carts, evaporator operation, inventory control. Currently looking for a 2nd shift 3pm to 11pm in Stratford, CT. Seeking an applicant who is Hard-working, Follows directions Works well with others and independently. Pays attention to detail. Experience in handling chemicals and/or lubricants preferred, but not a requirement. No electrical or hydraulic knowledge or experience required. Supervised and trained by an experienced technician or Site Manager. Requirements Applicants must be US citizens and pass background/security check and drug test. Position requires moving between Sikorsky’s three locations as needed. Applicants must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Environmental, health and safety training will be provided. Compensation is negotiable based on experience and technical skill, with benefits including health insurance and 401K.
