Job Description Showcase Cleaning and Restoration is a disaster restoration and carpet cleaning company based out of Hanover Massachusetts. With the majority of our work stemming from insurance claims resulting from property damage caused by water damage, fire damage, or mold damage, our goal is to provide stellar customer service to our clients during a time of crisis. The objective in our line of work is to mitigate damage caused by various types of catastrophe in order to restore home or business owners property in a timely manner. We are currently seeking disaster restoration technicians to join our growing team. Reliability is a must. Experience is a plus but not necessary as we are willing to train. We are seeking individuals with a hard work ethic and willingness to learn. Specific Duties: Assess damage to property and provide assistance to include but not limited to removal of all affected building materials Setting fans & dehumidifiers and other equipment to mitigate the loss per instructions provided by project manager Perform emergency extraction of water from various surfaces with truck mounted or portable equipment Detailed cleaning of building surfaces and personal property due to soot or smoke damage Ability to serve after hours/on-call on a rotational basis Communicate effectively with clients and management Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe job site Have a team spirit, positive attitude, excellent customer services skills & great attention to detail Requirements: Must have a valid driver license Consistently walk, stand, climb, kneel, lift and carry 50lbs or more on a daily basis Experience in the water and fire restoration industry is a plus, but not required IICRC Certifications Preferred but not required Showcase Cleaning and Restoration is an equal opportunity employer.
