A&J King Artisan Bakers is looking for a combination dishwasher/prep person to work at our production facility in Salem. We're a family owned, award-winning, 15-year old bakery that is looking for reliable help. We're looking for someone trustworthy and hard working that gets along in a team atmosphere. At this time we are following safe practices as it relates to COVID-19 and expect all employees to adhere to these practices. All staff must wear a mask while at work. JOB DUTIES: - Wash/rinse/sanitize baking pans, small wares, and equipment and return to their proper locations - Help with various cleaning/organizational tasks throughout the day - Help with various food prep tasks such as dicing butter, chopping dried fruit, portioning, scooping cookies, chopping seasonal produce, etc. -Date stamp and adhere labels to bags for our wholesale breads -Tidy up, sweep, clean, mop at end of shift -Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time. DAYS/HOURS: Hours could vary slightly, 28-32 hours based on business increases and decreases. - Wednesday/Thursday 10:30am - 6:30pm - Friday/Saturday 12:00pm - 8:00pm
