Winchester Country Club is looking for a craftsman who is flexible, knowledgeable, and always up to a challenge. We want an employee who has the skills to provide quality repairs and remodeling in a beautiful clubhouse with character and charm. This position is year-round with full benefits! Job Requirements: 1- Must be flexible, reliable, and dependable 2- Able to communicate both verbally and in writing 3- Able to carry out and understand directions and instructions 4- Is physically and emotionally capable of performing the job 5- Able to comply with safety regulations 6- Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally 7- Valid Drivers License 8- Position Monday-Friday.(7:00 am-3:30pm) During peak times extended hours may occur. Responsibilities: 1- A skilled trade worker that uses hand tools, power tools, and automated machinery in their daily work 2- Able to work with many different types of wood, metal, plastic, and glass 3- Can produce skilled carpentry work anything from but may not be limited to furniture, walls, piping, tiling, forming, framing, repairing, remodeling, painting, trim work, hanging doors, drilling, hardware for doors, set windows, layout stairs, common rafters, and any other such needs determined by the club 4- Can be able to be highly creative when developing, specking, customizing, and or reading a set of blueprints 5- Interpret drawings, sketches, and work orders 6- Adhere to all federal, state, and local building codes and regulations 7- Able to work in environments, both indoors and outdoors, where safety is paramount and protection is mandatory; where weather conditions may change and temperatures may exceed 90 degrees at times 8- Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots equipment and/or but not limited to other projects determined by the club Please Apply at:
