We specialize in cleaning shore homes in Ocean City, Sea Isle and Avalon. We use commercial power washers to apply detergents to siding, windows, soffits and decks to break up the dirt and algae, then rinse it off. We don’t work on ladders, we just use extension ladders to get onto 2nd, 3rd and sometimes 4th story decks to clean them. We do not walk, work on or clean roofs. You will be driving a truck and pulling a trailer every day. You must be able to read a work order, drive the company truck to the jobs and complete the job with no supervision. Great customers service is expected. You must be 21+ years of age, Drug Free and pass a drug test. **MUST have clean Drivers License, and pass a background check. The work week is Monday thru Friday and some Saturdays. No Sundays or Holidays. There will be some overtime at hour and a half rate. You must be comfortable climbing extension ladders up to 3 stories, working on high balconies, and working with chemicals/soaps. The work will be full time from April till July and progress into part time hours. There are opportunities for bonuses and tips from customers. You must have your own vehicle to get to and from work but you will use a company truck during work hours to get to each customer's house. You must have a working cell phone. You must be neat in appearance. Hourly wage will be $17 an hour Required education: High School or equivalent Power Washing Experience preferred. All Painting experience a plus but we don't do painting. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 per hour
