Performance Staffing is seeking warehouse workers for immediate starts! Job Title: Warehouse Associate Description: The objective of this position will include a variety of tasks such as operating machinery, fabricating materials, feeding materials into machinery, assembling items, packaging items and storing items. Job Type: Full Time Pay : $11-14/hr Location: South Charlotte, NC Shift: All Shifts Skills and Qualifications: High School education or equivalent Minimum 1 year experience in a related or field Ability to work a schedule based on the understanding of responsibilities and priorities Great attention to detail Strong critical thinking skills Strong communication skills Dependable and punctual Ability to understand and follow verbal and written directions Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work in a manner that promotes a safe working environment Ability to contribute to a team effort Ability to obtain equipment license or power equipment certification as required Responsibilities depending on position could include: Follows standard operating procedures when performing job Operating industrial machinery safely Fabricating materials on a shop floor Assembling materials to create a product Picking and packing products for shipment Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk throughout the facility during required length of the shift Frequently required bend, stoop, push and pull objects Regularly required to stand and walk for entirety of given shift.
