Found broken bicycle in the middle of an empty parking lot laying in a puddle I nearly ran it over if you believe this is your bicycle please prove so starting with a description brand serial number receipt of sale or any other distinguishing marking and they explanation as to why it was found the way it was found where it was found. Please don't waste either of our times trying to take shots in the dark it is not a good or expensive bicycle and it is a broken I will look at it further tomorrow and fix what I can it was raining and it was dark so I only secured the bicycle so that nobody else would run it over or take it without looking or asking if someone is missing it thank you have a good day
