Description

Part time 10-20 hours per week. Can be flexible as to what time worked. Perfect as a consistent side job to earn extra money. Have approximately 55 residential units that need repairs and also servicing MUST BE LICENSED AND SKILLED AT FIXING AND MAINTAINING AIR CONDITIONING ALL ASPECTS. Must be able to work independently without constant supervision. Needs to be available on weekends to work some weekends when tenants are available. Also MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS.
