Reliable, experienced, self motivated, Construction/Maintenance/ Handyman with good driving record. Job Description: Multi family all around handy man, able to repair all aspects of an residential apartment building with ability to do light repairs on fixtures and appliances including but not limited to drywall patch and paint, trim work, flooring, concrete/masonry patch work as well as plumbing, mechanical and electrical fixture trouble shooting and repairs. Multi tasking, qualified, efficient, productive candidates must be able to follow written, verbal and text instructions, work and service order recording and filling and interact professionally with tenants and other personnel and sub contractors, work independently or with others as a team and in all aspects of building maintenance. Company Vehicle provided with gas card. Medical Insurance, paid vacations, holidays and sick leave. Must be bilingual and have good communication skills Salary between 35 to 40k depending on experience.
