Heartwood Tree Care LLC is hiring. We are a small but growing tree service company based in Caldwell. The ideal candidate will have a great work ethic, a clean driving record, be proficient at driving large trucks, have some chain-saw handling experience, be interested in arboriculture, have people skills, and be a good team player. The position we are seeking to fill is an entry-level groundsman, with potential for future climbing, and/or aerial lift operations for tree removals and pruning. Arboricultural experience would be a welcome bonus, but attitude is everything. Tasks will include driving rigs to the job site (F-550 towing a chipper, and F-350 or F-650 towing a job trailer) chipping brush, operating an articulating compact loader, operating chain saws, assisting in rigging operations and crane removals, stump grinding, and more.
