guitarist looking for band

Hey I have been playing guitar for around 2-3 years now. I am 18. I am very passionate about it and I feel that I am good enough now to get into the music scene. I just want to be clear now and state that I want to learn. I’m looking for a band with a good lead guitarist to take me in and develop me. I am really into the blues, classic rock, but I love the jam band scene. I grew up around the grateful dead, I fell in love with the music and I haven’t stopped since. I play some dead, also love to play hendrix, zeppelin, Dave Mathews band, Pink Floyd etc. I mostly play blues that’s what I play more then anything. I am confident in my playing but I want to reach that next step. I would be a good #2, a rhythm guitar player but I can rip a nice solo or 2 haha. Mostly jam using triads and blues scales, I need to master mixolydian haven’t gotten there yet (I need a Jerry). I can give a nice undertone melody using triads as well if you need that. I have no ego I am all ears 👍🏼 - I am currently attending school at the University at Buffalo. I am going to be home until April 8th then I will be back for good May 13th. Gear: 2019 Am standard Strat, Boss Katana 50, pedal set including wah pedal Willing to purchase a better amp if needed, looking at a Blues Jr soon
