We are currently offering a sign on bonus to be paid out after successfully completing 90 days of employment!!! We currently have the following positions available: Landscape Maintenance Foreman Duties to Include: Spring and Fall Cleanups Edging, Mulching and Bark Blowing Mowing and String Trimming Pruning and Weeding Lead a crew of 3-5 employees. Operate zero turn mowers. Ability to drive 1-ton trucks with trailers. Must have or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card Rate of Pay - $16-$20 per hour Softscape Foreman Duties to Include: Ability to plant trees, shrubs & perennials according to industry standards. Read and interpret landscape drawings. Operate a variety of equipment including skid steers, mini excavators, attachments. Lead a crew of 3-5 employees. Comfortable with fine grading, sod and mulch install to industry standards. Must have or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card Must be able to drive 1 ton truck with trailer. Must be able to frequently lift to 50lbs. Osha 10 Certificate highly desired Ability to track time & materials for each job. Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve. Communicate with project managers and sub-contractors. Rate of Pay - $18-$23 per hour Landscape Maintenance Crew Member Duties to Include: Spring and Fall Cleanups Edging, Mulching and Bark Blowing Mowing and String Trimming Pruning and Weeding Operate zero turn mowers. Rate of Pay - $14-$16 per hour Softscape Crew Member Duties to Include: Planting trees, shrubs, perennials Installing mulch, sod Must be able to frequently lift to 50lbs. Osha 10 Certificate highly desired Rate of Pay - $14-$17 per hour Lawn Care Technician Duties to Include: Applying fertilizer and pesticides to turf Identifying and treating turf problems at commercial sites Understanding and following record keeping procedures and adhering to EPA labels Working directly with the Turf and Account Manager in turf fertilization and pesticide applications Must have or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card Valid Driver’s License Required Rate of Pay - $18-$24 per hour All positions require the candidate to successfully pass a criminal background check.
