Petals Gardening is currently accepting applications for a Gardener. This is a seasonal, full-time position that typically runs April through October, Mon-Fri 8am to about 4:30pm. Pay will depend on experience. Applicants should be passionate about plants, enjoy working outdoors, have a clean driving record, and is detail-oriented. Duties can include but are not limited to: • Weed and deadhead spent flowers in perennial gardens • Scout for pests and help manage them • Communicating garden needs with clients • Planting, dividing and transplanting perennials • Adding mulch, fertilizer and other amendments to gardens Necessary Skills: • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks • Attention to detail • Good communication skills • Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds • Ability to stand/squat/kneel for many hours at a time Interested applicants should submit a resume and a letter of interest
