Full-Time Year Around Window Cleaning (Grandville) Compensation: Guaranteed $15/hr for first ten days of training; Cleaners Average $20/hr depending on skill and effort. Performance bonus paid every two weeks. We are an established window cleaning company that services Grand Rapids and Holland and the surrounding territories. Our aggressive pay scale and bonus structure allows you to make what you are worth through a pay for performance system.
