Dead dog on 1-64 East shoulder

I’m very sad to report I saw a dog who had been hit by a car on the shoulder of I 64 East while going from St. Louis into Caseyville Illinois. It was a black dog with a white chest and it looked to be about 30 pounds, possibly a lab mix puppy under a year old. If anyone knows the proper animal control to call so the dog can be given a proper burial or cremation that would really set my mind at ease. Thank you.
