Here's what you'll learn: •Paint w Purpose - This fully hand painted technique will take the guess work out of balayage for you. I have created a clear and concise roadmap to creating beautiful dimension and a seamless blend. Learning when, why, and how to paint adds value to your services and saves you time! •Drop & Pop- This technique combines 2 of my favorite things... Wet balayage & Depth panels!! I use this technique constantly in the salon because it is quick, easy, and provides HUGE results in your maintenance appointments which = more money & happy clients. •Photography & Social Media Tips - During all of my classes I love to sprinkle in my best social media tips, so bring all of your Instagram questions... I'm ready to share my secrets! And we will finish up the class with 2 photo sessions to show you how I find the perfect light, pose my clients, and get multiple different looks from each client, which = more content!! → My teaching philosophy is to "Know the why." I believe that if I can teach you WHY we choose you use each technique on top of how to do them, then you will leave with new tools that you can apply in many different situations.
