FOUND: Neutered male Heeler/Border Collie/Hound mix. Found this morning baying outside my house. The dog looked lost and scared and got away from me but I eventually got ahold of him and he's now safe. He's friendly but cautious. I'm just trying to find his owner so the dog and the owner can be reunited. must have verifiable proof and state ID to recover dog. If nobody claims by 5pm today then I will take to Humane Society.
