Need Occasional Help w/ Punch Lists & Handyman Projects

Looking for individuals to help us on occasional handyman-type projects at properties in and around the city, including apartment turnovers, inspection repairs, maintenance, remodeling, etc. This may become a consistent part-time or full-time role for the right person. 1099 opportunity. Tasks may include but are not limited to: junk removal, demolition, light framing, drywall/plaster, drop ceilings, light plumbing, light electrical, carpentry, painting, cabinets & countertops, flooring, trim, doors, windows, hardware installation, landscaping, hvac, roofing, flashing, siding, soffit & fascia, cleaning, snow removal, decks, masonry, etc. Candidate need not necessarily possess all of these skills. We are looking for various skillsets.
