Job Description The purpose of this role is to work with the MEC team to provide gardening & landscaping services. Responsibilities and Duties - Work with MEC team to provide gardening and landscaping services - Follow procedures for a safe, collaborative, and efficient work environment Qualifications and Skills - Two (2) plus years of experience in gardening & landscaping services preferably organic/natural - Proven ability to build raised beds, plant seeds, transplant plants & trees, trim hedges and trees, install soil & mulch, remove grass - General awareness about organic gardening and landscaping - Expertise in organic gardening and landscaping would be a plus - Expertise in composting would be a plus - Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. Independent Contractor This is a part-time position. Candidate will be an independent contractor and not an employee of MEC. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
