Job Requirements:
Construction or general labor experience preferred
Property Clean up
Must have knowledge of appliance repairs, plumbing, and electrical.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the property: Completing service maintenance requests.
Prepare vacant homes for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
Must have a good Driving Record.
