Rehoming my sweet female dwarf bunny

This is 'Mochi'. My favorite bunny I've ever had. She's the sweetest rabbit ever and loves pets and treats. She's not aggressive at all, has never bitten. She's fed veggies and fruits from time to time. Regularly eats Timothy hay and rabbit pellets. She has the most beautiful grey eyes and they shine in the sun. She has wonderful soft fur which is mostly grey/blue, white on her bully and under body, and some brown on the back of her head. She's a Netherland dwarf mixed with a mini Rex. Although she doesn't show the rex at all besides her ears not being tiny like a regular Netherland dwarf. She's really small, about 2lbs. NOT SPAYED She has a habit of choosing one spot to pee/poop and sticks to it. She basically potty trained herself. Very clean, cleans herself daily. Has had 4 litters of babies if you're interested in breeding she might be the one for you. Bred her with my dwarf hotot male, she's about a week past her due date. If for some reason she has babies after you buy her, you can bring her back for a refund or keep the babies, your choice! (Pictures of babies she's had are the last 3 pictures in post) If you're looking for a pet, she's harnessed trained. Have taken her on walks and have dressed her up in pet clothes. Perfect bunny ever! She doesn't come with anything! Just the rabbit for rehoming only. Asking $110 for her as a rehoming fee and to ensure a great home for her. (No pedigree) Just turned a year old on March 24th 2021. Rehoming her due to wanting another breed of rabbit. Would love to get updates on her every once in a while if possible!
