Job Description: As a delivery driver you will be responsible for: -loading/unloading appliances onto delivery truck -verifying your load against a delivery manifest -delivering, unpacking, and installing appliances in the customers premises -testing the new appliance at the customers to verify proper operation -explaining to the customer how to operate their new appliance -removing or relocating the old appliances from the customers premises The ideal candidate must: -Possess a strong ability to provide excellent customer service at all times. -Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle, supplies, and equipment. -Obey traffic laws and follow establish department of transportation procedures. -Be able to present and maintain a professional image at all times. Be a team player who demonstrates a positive attitude to our customers. -Have the ability to communicate well with your supervisors, peers, and customers. -Keep the warehouse clean and organized. -Carefully and safely move appliances on and off the showroom floor. Job requirements: -Clean driving record -High school graduate or higher -Great attitude -Capable of driving a delivery box truck. -Punctual and dependable. Job skills (preferred): -General plumbing/electrical familiarity -Previous work experience installing appliances or a similar field Please contact us if you are interested in applying for the position.
