Ticket sales are limited and COVID-19 protocols are in place. The event will have two shifts this year, 11:00am-2:30pm & 3:30pm-7:00pm May 1, 2021, Yorktown's Blues, Brews and BBQ Festival is back! Ticket sales are limited per shift and required to access main event area. Make sure to choose shift preference when purchasing tickets, 11am-2:30pm or 3:30pm-7pm. COVID-19 protocols are in place for this event and are subject to being updated.  Face masks covering both nose and mouth are required by everyone, removal permitted only to eat or drink. Face shields alone without masks not approved. No outside food, beverages, tables, tents, or umbrellas. Unopened bottled water and small folding lawn chair permitted. Rain date: 5/16/21Sample more than 30 different craft beers, dig into some amazing BBQ (available for purchase), and listen as some of the best Blues musicians in Hampton Roads and beyond take the stage at Riverwalk Landing. This year’s Blues, Brews & BBQ promises to be the best yet! The music will begin with our first event shift and continues until the conclusion of the second event shift. Bobby BlackHat hosts the BlackHat Blues Blast, featuring Bobby BlackHat, Cole & Maryann Delta Blues, On The Verge, and Fade to Blue. This show will deliver blends and influences of Chicago, Memphis, Piedmont, and Delta style blues along with a little Gospel into a toe tappin’, finger poppin’, hip shakin’ blues experience. Tickets are $30 in advance and $35 at the door (if available).  This is a closed ticketed event only. Non-drinking tickets are not available this year due to COVID limitations.  This is a rain or shine event. Proceeds Benefit the York Foundation for Public Education, Inc.
