Crystal Grid/ Sound Healing Come get your Chakra turned on! 💎 During this two-hour Chakra themed workshop, we will go over the power of gemstones and how to use them with sacred geometry to heal, protect and inspire. You will learn how to assemble and dismantle your crystal grid, how to infuse your crystals with your intentions, along with cleansing rituals and basic rules. This magical workshop will first focus specifically on a Chakra body grid, that will be assembled before the meditation and crystal bowl sound healing. Each crystal will stimulate each Chakra system accordingly, allowing for a magical experience! You will then be guided by Lauren during mediation and a cosmic sound healing journey with her crystal singing bowls. Price of workshop includes all materials to create your grid and a packet for you reference as we go along.
