John Dempre (EBRSO) & Troy Dupuy Prerequisite This is an intermediary level class suited for those possessing their LA CHP license Student should bring any light(s) suited for transition periods from twilight to darkness Lights may include hand held lights as well as weapon lights Course Outline Proper use of low light techniques in the home and on the exterior Low light techniques will be taught and practiced in dry-fire, live-fire and Simunitions® Movement in low light scenarios Adaptation of the human eye in low light conditions Proper selection of flashlights and weapon lights Equipment List Comfortable clothing with a heavy cover garment suited for Simunitions® Sturdy belt to accommodate holster and magazine pouches Students may bring their own pistol and magazine pouches or we can loan Shoes suited for movement Flashlight and weapon light (if available) Wraparound eye wear and hearing protection Ammunition Estimated Round count 100 rounds (student supplied) 30 Simunitions® rounds provided with a Simunition® pistol Cost $250.00
