Hello I'm James, A 50yr old, Eagle scout, disabled Veteran & 10+yrs (fill-in) step dad of 2 kids(who knew her plans?)(Sad but thats life) I am seeking a nice, quiet, country homestead/parking/camping spot for a few months or less. ((Starting around 5-1-21))) I live out of my partially converted cargo trailer and I spent the winter in SWest AZ as a snowbird. I really enjoyed not seeing a single snowflake all winter and was the best thing I've ever experienced. I have a newer F150 and a 7x16 Cargo trailer! Reason for a spot to dry camp is id like to auction off all or at least condense my storage space from a (10×20)(tools, clothes, etc) to eventually nothing. No sense holding on to items someone else could use. Right? I'm a single quiet & a chronic pain patient(cervical spine issues) from a long ago head on collision. Access to water is a plus but not super important. My trailer is almost self contained like a big RV. Clean living & organized person! Thanks for reading and be blessed! If you may know someone within an hour drive from NWest Sioux Falls that would be perfect! Free is best but a good secluded farm location would be ideal. Willing to pay $25per week or odd jobs Jim. Just trying to get by. Can help on odd jobs(just not more than a few hours a day), mowing your yard or whatever. I can paint(6yrs), trim trees(3yrs), drive big trucks(10yrs) even cable or Dtv work.
